 As I write this post, I do it with very mixed feelings.  At this time, our nation is facing the challenge of the Coronavirus and the associated side effects from it, both health and financial.

 However, I would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of some unique opportunities in the housing market.  I just came from an intensive two-day tour across Brevard County meeting with builders and lenders.  

 Do you find yourself making one or more of these statements?

 If you are contemplating purchasing a home, don’t let this opportunity slip by without investigating your options.  Rates are trending to the low 3% range and in some cases below 3%!  VA loans are leading this trend downward.
